Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping- Within Australia

Once we have received your order has been received it will be dispatched to you within 1 week  via Sendle . We choose this method to as  it allows 100% carbon neutral delivery of your new piece. 

We will provide you with a tracking number via the email you provided during the checkout process once your order has departed.

Please advise us through the checkout process if any you have any special requirements such as signature on delivery.

 

Shipping - Beyond Australia

We love to ship internationally, if for some reason your country is not a shipping option at checkout please send a note to handbuiltstudio@gmail,com and we will attempt to provide you a quote to ship and an alternate payment method.

Please not we cannot be responsible for any taxes or duties that may apply to international orders.

 

Delayed Deliveries

On the odd occasion parcels can go missing. We worry about our pieces and want them to get to you safely and as quickly as possible! 

If your parcel disappears we will do everything we can to locate it.  If however our postal service deems it officially lost we will either send you a replacement item free of charge or if we don't have a suitable item we will refund you the cost of your purchase and any postage charge. This may required  a non-delivery declaration from you to our Postal Service as part of their investigation.

 

Returns and Failed Deliveries

All sales are final and we cannot refund for change of mind. However if the items you receive are faulty please contact us immediately and within 14 days of receiving the item you have purchased. In the case of an item being genuinely faulty we will happily replace or offer an exchange for an item of the same value. In some cases you may be required to send the item back to us.

If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete delivery for reasons beyond our or our postal delivery services control, a second delivery fee will need to be paid by you before we send your parcel off again.
